Join us for an evening of calm, creativity and conversation in collaboration with Sonder and Hayat Health as part of The Wellbeing Series.
This relaxed session is designed to create space for people to connect, learn and share experiences around menopause and midlife health in a supportive, inspiring setting.
You’ll hear from Bushra Effendi (Clinical Pharmacist /Menopause specialist) and the founder of Hayat Health, Noshina Kiani, who will introduce the Wellness Wheel and talk about why understanding menopause and perimenopause is so important for our long-term wellbeing especially our heart and hormone health. There will be numerous activities throughout the evening ranging from:
- Vagus Nerve Activation & Breathwork by Sage Ayurvedic
- Mindful Mosaics & Mandalas (self guided)
- Various stalls, health advice and checks.
- Plus a complimentary gift bag and drink on arrival
